At Castlewood Bernedoodles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furry family member. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your puppy, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on puppy purchases. However, we do offer exchanges if the puppy is found to have a genetic defect within the first year of ownership. We require a veterinarian's certificate confirming the genetic defect and the puppy must be returned to us. We will then provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
